In the table below are a number of PRINCE2 Case Studies. They were written in response to requests for examples of PRINCE2 implementations from organisations considering using the method. As such they focus on the business case for using PRINCE2, how PRINCE2 was implemented, lessons learned and benefits achieved.

All the Case Studies cover these aspects and there are many common themes but with different emphasis. The summary below lists the 'special features' of each Case Study. It is intended to help people make the most of the Case Studies and select the one(s), which are most relevant for their needs.

A Project Case Study Dated 24 March 2003 A project case study different from the other case studies which describe an organisation's use of PRINCE2 in that it is a project manager's description of the use of PRINCE2 on a specific project.
