Assessment Criteria

If you are interested in having your level of Project Management Maturity (against the PMMM) or PRINCE2 Maturity (against the P2MM) assessed, the information below will be of interest to you.

Definition

Organisations include all legally accepted terms used to define a commercial entity, a charity or a Governmental body, but exclude self-employed people.

Eligibility

To be eligible for certification an organisation must meet the following criteria:

a) Retain the services of an APMG PRINCE2 Registered Consultant* to lead the Assignment to assess the Organisation's level of PRINCE2 maturity. For the full PMMM a PPM RC must lead the assignment. 

b) Appoint a senior person within the client organisation to Sponsor the Assignment.

c) Agree to meet all fees due to both the APMG Registered Consultant* and to APMG incurred during the Assignment and for future Surveillance activities.

*The appropriate APMG Registered Consultants can be obtained by contacting an ACO.
